“Alla reception sono abbastanza scortesi. Inoltre ho chiesto di fare il check out la sera prima visto che partivamo all3 04:00 e ci hanno detto che non c’era problema. Invece al mattino ci dicono che non possono e che addebitano più tardi. Peccato che invece delle 67€ come fa vostra fattura hanno trattenuto 141€! ”

“Hotel situato all'angolo della bourbon, la stanza era situata vicino agli ascensori ed era molto rumorosa. La stanza era pulita e grande ”

“not going at this hotel if you want calm and peace and if you have a car because soundproofing is very bad we clearly hear all the ghest around the room..and have too pay 180.00$ just too park your car for 2 nights… very desapointing never go at this place sorry”

“esperienza pessima! prenotato executive floor pagando 60 eur extra x lounge e terrazza che non esiste più da oltre un anno. Prenotato con colazione che in realtà non c'e' ovvero viene dato un voucher da 24$ che non consente una colazione completa e nemmeno un caffè (6$ extra) quando ovunque negli US il caffè viene offerto. Pessima esperienza!”

“Hotel lobby smelled like weed. Haven’t been to a hotel where the smell hits you before you even check in. Tried to add my Hilton honors when I left so I wouldn’t be charged for the water in the room and the lady was super rude and made a snide comment about booking with third party sites. Incidental hold was $150 which seemed excessive. Doors slammed when they were shut. Room next to me slammed every time they left so doors need to be adjusted so they aren’t slamming. Simple fix that...

“Camera pulita - posizione strategica a 5 min a piedi dalla quartiere francese - spettacolare vista sul Mississippi dalla hall all’undicesimo piano - parcheggio comodo ma un po’ costoso (58 dollari con vallet)”
